According to this research, Malcolm Turnbull, prime minister of Australia specifically demonstrated leadership styles such as democratic, visionary, affiliative and influential to the people of Australia. The most sought after leadership characters including clear communication of goals and strategies, ensuring that capacity development is adequately done by training people, careering for people, recognizing people for their hard work, initiatives and achievements, establishing customers needs and listening to their opinions for systems continual improvement are some of the leadership skills to learn from Turnbull. Good leadership style adopts multiculturalism and diversity in the organization, which encourage both innovation and creative ideas to be the exercise in the company hence increasing technology and productivity of the organization (Kelly, 2016). In essence, Malcolm Turnbull was both transactional and transformational leader in the government in decision-making process at the national level. Ethical leader should be able to practice the values of the nation.
